Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our policy below:

1. About Our Products

All products in our store are made to order (Print on Demand) and are fulfilled by our third-party production partner. As a result, each item is custom-made and not held in inventory.


2. Quality Issues

If you receive an item with any of the following issues:

  • The product is damaged or has a clear defect
  • Printing errors
  • Incorrect item received (wrong color, style, or size compared to your order)
  • Significant size deviation

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by submitting a request through our Contact form. We will try to get back to you within 72 hours and may ask you to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions (at your preference):

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund (Refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.)

In such cases, you are not required to return the item, and no additional cost will be charged to you.

Please note: We encourage you to contact us as soon as the issue is identified. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item should not show obvious signs of use, washing, or damage caused by misuse. We may be unable to process requests if the issue is determined to be unrelated to a manufacturing defect. 


3. Order Delivery Issues

3.1 Incorrect Shipping Address or Unclaimed Package

If a package cannot be successfully delivered due to the following reasons:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • The recipient fails to receive or claim the package in time

The package may be returned to our production partner’s facility. In such cases, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

You may request reshipment within 28 days by providing a correct shipping address. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

If we do not receive a response or reshipment request within this period, the order may no longer be eligible for reshipment.

3.2 Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days and provide your order details.

We will assist in:

  • Verifying the shipping address
  • Investigating the shipment status with the carrier and our production partner

If the package is confirmed lost in transit and the shipping address was correct, we will provide a free replacement.

3.3 Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Check around your delivery location (e.g., mailbox, front door, reception area)
  • Ask neighbors or building management
  • Contact the local carrier for further assistance

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility is considered transferred to the recipient. While we do not guarantee refunds or replacements in such cases, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the issue. 


4. Non-Quality-Related Issues

As all products are made to order (Print on Demand), our fulfillment partner does not support returns or refunds for issues that are not related to product quality.

Common non-quality-related issues include:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Preference changes (e.g., color or style)
  • Change of mind after purchase

Please note: We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order, especially for apparel items, to ensure the best fit for your needs.


5. Returns

As our store serves customers across multiple countries and regions, return shipping can be costly and impractical. Therefore, we do not require customers to return items.

We typically resolve eligible issues by offering a replacement or refund. For detailed conditions regarding refunds and replacements, please refer to Sections 2 through 4 above, depending on the nature of your request.


6. Order Cancellations 

Orders can only be canceled within a short time after being placed. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.


7. Customs Duties & Taxes 

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable. 


8. Compensation (Flexible Support)

Even in cases that are not related to product quality, we aim to provide a positive shopping experience. You are welcome to contact us, and depending on the situation, we may offer:

·Discount codes or store credit

·Partial refunds

Please note that all compensation options are provided at our discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
